Founded in 2016 Rare with Google is Google's global diversity, equity and inclusion initiative. An evolving program of talks, workshops, mentorship opportunities and research projects designed to increase DEI initiatives both internally at Google and within the creative industries at large. Rare’s vision of diversity spans race, gender, sexuality, neurodiversity and physical ability. The program is designed to feed the industry pipeline with historically excluded talent. 

I was proud to produce the year-long program between 2021-2023 consisting of a virtual leadership academy run over 6 weeks across APAC, US and EMEA, along with supporting content, events and workshops, including a main stage takeover at Semi Permanent and an executive workshop at ADCOLOR.
