Barbican – Lee Krasner Abstract Expressionism

Commissioned by the Barbican to create a short doc about artist Lee Krasner, giving context to her work and the cultural movement of Abstract expressionism. The piece was to promote the summer 2019 exhibition , which was the first major presentation of her work in Europe for more than 50 years. Lee Krasner: Living Colour tells the story of a formidable artist, whose importance has too often been eclipsed by her marriage to Jackson Pollock.
